I feel, each reader / viewer has control over the interpretation of the work being words on paper of a visual language. One’s upbringing set the conception of imagination and appropriation. The writer’s / artist merrily plant the seed and the viewer / reader fills in the blanks. The common ground that can be related between the reader / viewer makes the artist / writer more or less popular depending on concept.
